Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

• Profile information: Name, email, profile picture, and login credentials
• Study progress: Test scores, accuracy data, streaks, and performance analytics
• Learning data: Flashcard progress, PYQ history, and study plan configurations
• AI interactions: AI Tutor conversation history and personalised recommendations
• Subscription data: Active plan status and preferences

In compliance with applicable laws, we may retain certain data even after account deletion:

• Payment records: Transaction IDs and invoices are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax regulations
• Legal obligations: Any data required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal requests
• Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you

None of the retained data can be used to identify you personally.

From the NEETMIND Mobile App:

1. Open the NEETMIND app and navigate to Profile
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your identity by entering your password or verifying via email
5. Tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm

Via Email (Alternative Method):

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

• Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out of all devices
• Within 48 hours: Your data will be removed from active systems
• Within 30 days: All personal data will be permanently purged from our backup systems

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted.
