We measure the improvement against your score on the free diagnostic test.

• A paid Practice Pass (₹999) or Practice + AI (₹1,999) purchase, including one paid by a parent through a payment link.
• Not covered: the Monthly plan, the 7-day free trial, and plans bought before these terms were published (3-month and 12-month plans).
• One guarantee claim per student.

1. Take the free diagnostic test before you buy, or within 3 days after buying. This is your starting score.
2. Take at least 4 full NEET mock tests on NEETMind within 60 days of your purchase date.
3. Take the tests yourself, on your own account, and complete them (submitted, not abandoned).

All scores use NEET marking (+4 for a correct answer, −1 for a wrong one, out of 720). If the diagnostic test is shorter than a full paper, its score is scaled to 720 marks.

We compare your diagnostic score with your best full mock test scorein the 60 days. If it isn't at least 50 marks higher, you qualify for a refund.

We check this from your test history on NEETMind — you don't need to send screenshots.

Email support@neetmind.com with the subject "Guarantee claim" from your registered email address, within 7 days after day 60 (that is, between day 61 and day 67 after your purchase).

Include your registered email and the date you bought the plan. We reply within 2 working days.

• We refund the full amount you paid for the plan, to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet — the parent's, if a parent paid).
• We start the refund within 5 business days of approving the claim; your bank may take another 5–7 business days.
• Your plan ends when the refund is issued, and your account returns to the free plan. Your progress and test history are kept.

• The diagnostic test was taken more than 3 days after the purchase, or not at all.
• Fewer than 4 full mock tests were completed in the 60 days.
• The claim is made before day 61 or after day 67.
• The purchase was already refunded (for example under the 7-day refund policy).
• The account was shared, or tests were taken by someone else, or our Terms of Service were broken.
